Up to Speed – A half to one day rapid review of current and emerging practice in sustainability. You will become familiar with the latest developments in defining, measuring, analyzing, innovating, strategizing, and managing for sustainability. The workshop also prepares you to do you own professional learning and development going forward, using ISIS as a guiding framework.

Building the Pyramid – A one or two-day, highly interactive workshop that can be used for training, team building, strategic planning, or any combination. Pyramid combines the Compass of Sustainability and the ISIS Method in one powerful tool that facilitates rapid group learning and decision-making in highly inter-disciplinary context. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each specific group.

The ISIS Intensive – A two-day, hands-on, highly interactive workshop to familiarize you with the ISIS Accelerator tools that will allow you to conduct a pyramid workshop or use the tools individually: Compass, Pyramid, Amoeba, and StrateSphere. The experiential quality of the Intensive accelerates your learning and prepares you to put the tools to work in practice, quickly. (Group size limited.)

Creating your Compass – Facilitated workshop for the development of a comprehensive sustainability indicator system for your enterprise, community, or region.

Introduction to Systems for Sustainability – A program covering basic systems concepts, games, and introductory modeling techniques.

Creating your Corporate Social Responsibility Report - Create or improve your CSR report so that it properly reflects your organization’s vision and efforts, and provides stakeholders with a clear and easy to understand picture of your goals and accomplishments.

Amoeba: Introduction to Innovation for Sustainability – A half-day, on-site workshop on the basics of strategic change agentry using the “Amoeba” role-playing exercise and model of cultural change. Results in clarified strategies for introducing new ideas into your organization or community

Your ROI – Building the Business Case for Sustainability – A detailed look at how sustainability can positively impact your ROI.

The Master Class – A six-day, residential, advanced training course designed for the experienced practitioner. Master the skills you need to be an effective agent of change for sustainability — and learn to train and coach others as well. Deepen your knowledge of your own capacities, your team-building skills, and your capacity to guide others in a consulting or coaching situation. The Master Class has been described by participants as “life-changing” and as “the missing piece in my sustainability education.”

Employee Online Training Programs – These online modules are a unique way to share valuable sustainability education with everyone in your organization, and inspire them to play their part in making a difference. In all three programs, participants can see how well they are doing, as their pledge results are posted on the website, and you can post a statement about your organization’s commitment to sustainability.
